Taking care of your property.
Day and night.

More properties, more headaches? It doesn’t have to be that way.
LUNAR was created to offer property owners personal, full service management that goes beyond daily operations. We take care of the details while finding ways to grow property value, so owners can enjoy their investment without the constant work.

Who We Work With

  1. Owners with Multiple Properties

For property owners looking to free up their time and leave daily management in trusted hands, with one point of contact taking care of it all.

  2. Owners living abroad

For owners based outside Israel who need someone local to manage their properties, tenants and service providers, while keeping them informed every step of the way.

  3. Families with shared properties

For families who want one person responsible for managing their properties, rather than leaving the work to individual family members.

  4. Real estate companies

For companies that don't need a full time property manager or prefer to outsource, with a focus on rental income, efficiency and maximizing property value.

Management on behalf of property owners, whether for a single property or an entire portfolio. Services do not include building management or maintenance of common areas.

Managing the leasing process, negotiations and renewals, with brokers and attorneys involved as needed and owners retaining final say.

Tenants & maintenance

A dedicated point of contact for tenants, handling repairs and coordinating contractors while keeping track of work and costs.

Income & property value

Tracking rent collection, income and expenses, providing clear reports and identifying opportunities to reduce costs and increase property value.

Who approves expenses and work on the property?

We agree a budget and responsibilities at the outset. Work and spending beyond that framework require the owner’s agreement before proceeding.

How will I stay informed?

Through personal contact and a monthly report covering income, expenses and property updates, with direct updates when a decision is needed.

Which decisions need my approval?

We agree responsibilities and a spending framework together. Decisions outside that framework come to you for approval.

What updates will I receive?

A monthly report on income, expenses and work at the property, with direct contact whenever an important issue or decision arises.

One property.
Many Layers of Responsibility.

Good property management means seeing the whole picture, keeping everything working together, and looking beyond the day-to-day to the property's long-term potential.

Good relationships are an asset.

Property management starts with people. Building trust with tenants, resolving difficult situations and keeping everyone involved on the same page are key to smooth operations. Those relationships help retain good tenants, create stability and protect your interests.

Romy Eshel

Romy Eshel.

Founder, LUNAR

I bring over a decade of experience managing commercial and residential properties, alongside a career in tech partnerships. Today, I oversee a real estate portfolio valued at more than ILS 100 million. Both have taught me how to lead complex projects, bring different interests together, and build relationships that get things done. Over the years, I’ve represented property owners in dealings with tenants, local authorities, and attorneys, and led projects to increase property value.

I believe good property management starts and ends with people. Behind every property is a network of tenants, professionals, and local authorities, each with their own priorities. I’ve learned that trust helps navigate challenges and keep things moving, from working with tenants to bringing in trusted professionals I’ve known for years.

Ultimately, property management is about earning the owner’s trust. For me, that means staying personally involved, paying attention to the details, and keeping the owner’s interests at the center of every decision. I approach every property with the same care and commitment I’d expect for my own.
